Except as expressly stated herein, none of such material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, whether now know or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the prior express written permission of Peter Max. No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is an infringement of Peter Max’s rights. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other web site or networked computer environment is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Peter Max. If you download software from this site, the software, including, without limitation, any files and images incorporated in or generated by the software and data accompanying the software (collectively, the “Software”) are licensed to you by Peter Max. TERMS

All orders are subject to prior availability. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. All dimensions are approximate. Petermax.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. Petermax.com expressly reserves the right to refuse to conduct business with any third party.  Payment Petermax.com accepts only the following forms of payment: credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard.) Petermax.com features secure online ordering by credit card. Per Petermax.com policy, we will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds.  All orders shipped to New York State are subject to the current New York State sales tax applicable to New York City.

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Petermax.com will attempt to deliver all orders within 8 to 10 weeks of our receipt of a completed applicable order. Shipment of all orders requires an adult signature upon delivery. Shipments to U.S. protectorates will ship via the United States Postal Office.

CONTINENTAL U.S. ORDERS

Petermax.com currently ships by USPS. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to ship by other carriers. Once Petermax.com has received your order, verified availability, if any, of your order and processed payment, please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery.

NON-CONTINENTAL U.S. ORDERS

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands, shipping charges will be e-mailed to you in response to your order.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES INFORMATION

On international shipments there is a strong likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages sent and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Petermax.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Petermax.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Subject to availability, exact exchanges will be made only on damaged or defective products. If the shipping tube or box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse to accept it and immediately notify Petermax.com of your refusal to accept the order. Claims must be made within 5 business days of your receipt of an order.   All return items must be sent to the following address:

The Website must not be used to solicit customers or sell products or services. Furthermore, no more than 500 cards may be sent by any one person, organization or business in any one calendar year without prior written permission from Petermax.com. Users with “robots,” “spiders,” or other automated programs may visit the Petermax.com Website, but are prohibited from sending our electronic cards. We ask all Website users to use appropriate names and language in the name spaces, address spaces and other spaces (if any) provided on the Website. Order Terms: Please allow 6-8 weeks for U.S. domestic delivery, 8-10 weeks for international delivery. Orders are shipped via the USPS at a flat rate of $25 for U.S. domestic orders and $35 for international orders. All sales final. Due to the nature of fine art, images may be slightly different than they appear.

The Peter Max Heart print is an offset lithograph signed in the plate by Peter Max and Shaquille O’Neal and personalized by the Peter Max Studio. We reserve the right to use replacement images. NY Residents please add .08875% sales tax, NJ Residents please add .07% sales tax. Please contact pd@petermax.com in the event of lost or damaged merchandise.
