An homage to a beautiful friend, Max created 'Suzin' with minimalist, black strokes, inspired by the Buddhist calligraphers he watched as a child growing up in Shanghai, China. The flowing black lines meet the bold, colorful strokes of flowers in her hair and the warm, soft tones of her skin.
